Jim Ayers
Jim is a lifelong resident of Kirtland, Ohio. He attended & graduated from the Kirtland schools then went on to earn his BSBA from Ohio University in Athens.
Mary Ayers
Mary Ayers has handled the office duties for Ayers Well Drilling for over 30 years. Her varied duties include handling Accounts Payable, Human Resources and Advertising.
Jimmy Ayers
Jimmy has been working in some capacity for Ayers Well Drilling for most of his life. From helping during weekends and summers during his school years to coming on as a full time.
Ryan Hollingsworth
Ryan has been with Ayers Well Drilling for 10 years and he does everything from new installs to diagnosing and troubleshooting residential systems.
Bob Horracks
Bob has been with the company for 8 years and he focuses on diagnose, service and repairs on well water systems. He has been married for 20 years with 3 kids, a dog and a cat.
Donovan Drebus
Donovan is lead water system technician, has been with us for two years, specializing in water treatment and pump systems
Kyle Brenenstuhl
Kyle is married with two children. He has been with us for 10 years. He specializes in servicing water well system and water treatment applications
