Kelly Lacinak

Kelly is a second-generation staff member here at Ayers Well Drilling. Her father Bob worked with Jim Sr. in the 1980’s. Kelly grew up around our equipment, having found memories of playing in the back of trucks as a child. She has joined Mary in the office assisting with accounts and customer service. Kelly is a graduate of Ohio University School of Communications. She is married with two children and a dog named Bowie.

Hobbies: I’m an avid sports fan, especially youth sports. If I’m not coaching the kids’ teams, I am the taxi to their events! I love collecting sports memorabilia, including Cleveland Baseball cards from the early 1900s. I have been a Girl Scout Leader for over a decade. I also enjoy live music, photography, camping and trivia.

Past work experiences: I spent the past 20+ years working in the field of video production, before staying at home with my son the past few years. I have worked on everything from Political ads, documentary films, to educational videos. My favorite assignment was spending a summer with the Lake County Captains for the film, “Time in the Minors”.

Bucket list: Travel to Alaska, see that Cleveland Baseball team win a world Series, and own a house full of rescue dogs. (The more the better)

Favorite things about living in Northeast Ohio:
Being close to family and friends, Sunsets over Lake Erie, I love the change of seasons in Northeast Ohio, especially fall - I can do without the snow after January.
