Jim Ayers
Jim is a lifelong resident of Kirtland, Ohio. He attended & graduated from the Kirtland schools then went on to earn his BSBA from Ohio University in Athens.
Mary Ayers
Mary Ayers has handled the office duties for Ayers Well Drilling for over 30 years. Her varied duties include handling Accounts Payable, Human Resources and Advertising.
Jimmy Ayers
Jimmy has been working in some capacity for Ayers Well Drilling for most of his life. From helping during weekends and summers during his school years to coming on as a full time.
Ryan Hollingsworth
Ryan has been with Ayers Well Drilling for 3 years and he does everything from new installs to diagnosing and troubleshooting residential systems.
Bob Horracks
Bob has been with the company for almost a year and he focuses on diagnose, service and repairs on well water systems. He has been married for 20 years with 3 kids, a dog and a cat.
Kelly Lacinak
Kelly is a second-generation staff member here at Ayers Well Drilling. Kelly grew up around our equipment, having found memories of playing in the back of trucks as a child.
Donovan Drebus
Donovan is our most recent addition to the team, joining us as a tech assistant
